Group lessons policies

1. Media Release:By enrolling in this program, parents acknowledge that photos or short video clips may be taken for documentation or promotional purposes. Families may opt out by emailing us directly.

2. Liability:Our team ensures a safe and supervised environment; however, Treble N Bass is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur while students are walking to or from their classroom, participating in the program, or moving within the school.

3. Personal Belongings:Treble N Bass is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items, including lunch boxes, water bottles, clothing, or school supplies.

4. No Make-Up Classes: As this is a group program, no make-up sessions, refunds, or credits are offered for missed classes under any circumstances (including illness, school events, or absences).

5. Behaviour & Participation: Students are expected to follow school rules, show respect, and participate safely. Continuous disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Dismissal Procedures:Children must follow the school-approved dismissal process. It is the parent’s responsibility to inform the teacher and school of any changes.

7. Allergies & Medical Information:Parents must inform us of any medical needs or allergies upon registration. We do not administer medication or handle EpiPens.

8. Program Changes or Cancellations:  If a class is cancelled by Treble N Bass Music School, we will contact you to arrange a make-up lesson. Treble N Bass is responsible for scheduling and delivering the make-up session.

9. Communication: All important updates will be sent by email. Parents are responsible for monitoring communication throughout the program.
